Good hotel with its 24-hour reception, fitness centre, bar/lounge area, and seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me find directions on my first stay, and their friendliness. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The good service and the attention to detail! The rooms were beautifully maintained, complete with 1 king sized bed and reasonable furnishings, as example, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

adequate food

Just a decent fit for a quick visit in Santiago with great value for money. The food was okay, but the wine was served lukewarm, coming from the red wine storage. Consider dining out instead of the hotel restaurant for better options.
